Record Mailbox Greetings on Panasonic NS700

For example To record the day no answer greeting (mailbox 601).
Dial 500
When the VM answers dial #6*601 (this selects the day mailbox 601) password can be set on first use or if unknown, reset by TCS
The VM will explain what to do, you will only need to record the No answer greeting.
The VM will prompt to record the No answer greeting after the tone.  Record your greeting and press 1 when you have finished. And 2 to confirm.
The VM will then prompt you to record the busy greeting which is not used simply press 1 then 2 to skip, the same with the night greeting.

To record the night greeting.
Dial 500
When the VM answers dial #6*602 (this selects the Night mailbox 602)
The VM will explain what to do, this time you will only need to record the Night  greeting.
The VM will prompt to record the No answer greeting after the tone.  Press 1 then 2 to skip,  then do the same with busy message.
The VM will then prompt you to record the Night greeting after the tone.  Record your greeting and press 1 when you have finished. And 2 to confirm.

To record an extension mailbox use #6*XTN   e.g. #6*211 to record maibox 211.

Paging To page from the cordless handsets dial *3301 (requires paging griup setup)
