Press the following keys.

<  (left arrow on the scroll pad to select the Menu Tab)   OPERAT (the system will prompt for a password) xxxxxxxx (If you're not sure of your password contact TCS)      OK   EXPERT      V (down scroll)      VOICE MAIL     V (down scroll)    Gen Mailbox

Select RECORD to enter the recording menu.

To commence the recording press RECORD a second time and press the STOP button when you have finished.  Press LISTEN to hear the recording and OK once you are satisfied to save the recording. 

Important:  If you don’t confirm the recording by pressing OK your greeting will not be saved (or updated). 

Press the hangup button to exit the programming mode when you have finished.
